Free returns/exchanges within 14 days of order delivery. For custom orders, no returns and / or exchanges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are processed M-F 9AM-5PM, PST. There is up to a 6 business day turn around from the time of payment until shipment. Please remember, each piece is made to order just for you, so we ask for enough time to complete your pieces.

Domestic

Orders $100+ receive free shipping!

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once an order has been shipped from our office, delivery time is typically 1-5 business days.

International 

There are two shipping options:

USPS First-Class without tracking delivery time is typically 8-15 business days - may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

DHL Express International with tracking delivery time is typically up to 5 business days. This option includes tracking and insurance. This option is preferred especially for larger orders.
